Europe — Free shipping applies to all orders above €500 that do not contain large or oversized items. For large mirrors and furniture pieces, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Please note that Great Britain, Switzerland, Cyprus and Norway are included. All orders are shipped from Italy or Belgium. Delivery times vary between 5–10 business days within Europe and 10–20 business days worldwide.

All pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities.
For made-to-order or pre-order items, the estimated production time is specified on each product page.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Each object is handmade and may show small variations in texture or color.
These details are part of the natural process of craftsmanship and not considered defects.

We only accept returns in case of damage during transport or incorrect item received.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@coseincorso.com, including photos of the item and packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor irregularities related to handmade production.

Where are your objects made?

All our pieces are handmade in Italy and Belgium, in collaboration with local artisans.

Are all objects unique?

Yes. Small variations in color or surface are natural signs of the making process.

Do you take custom requests?

For selected pieces, yes.
